Gannett North, Room 200 207 Senate Avenue Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011 Project location is in Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The Project consists of replacing the existing floating cover on the Owner's 3 million gallons finished water reservoir. Work includes removal and disposal of the existing floating cover; cleaning of the reservoir; liner addition; disinfection and testing after installation and miscellaneous work as required. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Laws and regulations applicable to this Contract include the following: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania "Steel Products Procurement Act" - Act No. 3 of 1978 as amended All contractors on this Project are required to ensure that employees and applicants will not be discriminated against because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, marital status or national origins; and, that the statutes and regulations of federal and state law regarding non-discrimination are met.
