2024 Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Project Main Line Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining and Lateral Grouting Project. The work will include the rehabilitation of approximately 3,274 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main via cured-in-place pipe lining. The bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder must furnish, Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds and Insurance per the Contract Documents and meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Questions Due Date: Jul 9th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT Online Portal This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Works Employee Verification Act. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. No bid will be accepted if not submitted through the PennBid system. A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this project.
