The State College Area School District plans to replace existing fuel oil fired hydronic heating boiler at the Bus Garage next to Radio Park Elementary. The following is a brief outline of the scope of work: o Demolish existing fuel oil fired boiler, existing circulator pumps, and domestic coil and mixing valve. o Selective demolition of heating water supply/return piping. o Selective demolition of domestic cold water and hot water piping. o Provide new fuel oil fired boiler and circulator pump and reconnect to existing heating water and fuel oil piping. o Provide new ceiling suspended electric water heater and reconnect to domestic cold water and hot water piping.
