Sealed bids are hereby solicited from Pre-Qualified Heating and Cooling (HVAC) Contractors and Pre-Qualified Plumbing Contractors for providing all supervision, labor, materials and equipment required to execute the Work described in the Drawings and Specifications EHS Ground and Second Floor Central Sterile Services The Architect is Gresham Smith, Nashville, Tennessee 37219. Any questions should be directed to the office of the Architect via e-mail to Lindsay Nencheck at lindsay.nencheck@greshamsmith.com and copied to Ron Patterson via e-mail to Ronald.Patterson@erlanger.org. Questions received through November 25th, 2020 will be considered from all bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities therewith. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid will be required to accompany bids as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders for this project. All bidding HVAC Contractors and all Bidding Plumbing Contractors are required to be Pre-Qualified by the Owner by submitting an AIA A305 Contractors Qualification Statement. Successful completion of similar projects in size and scope must be shown within the Contractors Qualification Statement. Plans and specifications are available for review at Erlanger Planning and Construction Department 1047 Blackford Street,Chattanooga, TN 37421423-778-7766
