Site work for a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work will be bid under one prime contract. The scope of this project includes rehabilitation of existing sewer pipelines, including 282 LF of 8" heavy cleaning, 123 LF of 8" CIPP full, 95 LF of 10" CIPP full, and 1429 LF of 30" CIPP full. The project also includes by-passing flows, as necessary, to accomplish the work. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. See the Instructions to Bidders for additional information and requirements. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.
