Renovation of a multi-residential development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
For Balcony Repair Project at Cedar View Apartments The County of Lehigh is accepting bids for the BALCONY REPAIRS PROJECT at Cedar View Apartments. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and appurtenances for removal of existing plaster ceilings & fascia, installation of new coating on existing concrete balcony slabs, construction of replacement ceilings & fascia and installation of owner supplied aluminum bar stock shapes to existing guardrails. In an attempt to safeguard all persons attending the pre-bid meeting, attendees must abide by the same policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 as Lehigh County employees are expected to follow. The requirements include social distancing, proper face masks, temperature screenings prior to entry (if applicable), and adherence to all posted signage throughout County facilities. Any questions must be received by 4:00 PM January 16, 2023, in writing. Answers for questions will be released by 4:00 PM January 18, 2023. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
