Renovation of a parking garage in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of temporary shoring; concrete wall, column & pedestal spall & crack repairs; corrosion inhibitor application; concrete slab repairs; and all associated cutting, patching and work shown or otherwise reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
