Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Lake City, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and services required to construct, test, and startup the proposed Ellisville Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the principal items listed below, along with associated site work, yard piping , valves, support systems and appurtenances, structural, painting, electrical, instrumentation, tie-ins to existing systems, and testing. 1. Site clearing, grubbing, grading, surface restoration, erosion control, seeding and sodding. 2. Supply and installation of a packaged wastewater treatment plant expansion, including associated pumps, blowers, mixers, instruments, controls, piping, fittings, valves, and appurtenances. 3. Construction of three rapid infiltration basins, including associated piping, fittings, valves, and appurtenances. Deadline for questions regarding construction plans, specifications, and/or bid documents must be received before 2:00 PM on October 8, 2021 The successful bidder will be required to furnish the County Manager with a bid bond (5%), performance bond, payment bond, and proof of liability insurance prior to commencing work. The Columbia County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities.
