Demolition and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 88,974-square-foot, 80-unit multi-residential development; and 2,689-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

*This project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed by fourth quarter 2021. The scope of work includes exterior building renovation and complete interior apartment renovation. Work includes interior demolition and removal of cabinets, counters, appliances, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, sheetrock, electrical panel, light fixtures, smoke detectors, & toilet accessories (existing floor finishes will be overlaid). Apartments will receive new materials to replace those demolished. Electrical circuits will be added and the electrical panel will be up-sized. Dryer connections will be added and some units will have half bath added. Sitework includes paving, sealing, stripping, sidewalks, playground, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, bollards, building signage, ADA accessibility work, & cameras. Attics will receive R38 Insulation and walls will receive R13 insulation. Appliances will be energy star rated and apartments will be better sealed for air le akage. All doors and windows will be replaced. Exterior trim will be repaired / painted, and masonry will be pointed. All buildings will receive new shingle roofs. Window blinds, toilet accessories and fire extinguishers will be installed.
