Furnish all labor, material, and equipment required to retrofit four steel reservoirs to current seismic standards per the plans and specifications. Retrofits range from the addition of footings to increasing the roof height for added strength and seismic compliance. The City has obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the Contract Contractor and its subcontractors performing work under this Contract will be required to pay California sales tax and other applicable taxes, and to pay for permits, licenses and fees required by the agencies with authority in the jurisdiction in which the Work will be located, unless otherwise expressly provided by the Contract Documents. Per owner all bids cancelled, and this will not re-bid. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.The City reserves the right to revise the Contract Documents prior to the Bid opening date. Revisions, if any, shall be made by written addenda Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price
