The Contract Team reserves the right to make an award to a bidder other than the lowest-priced bidder per Unified Government Procurement Code Section 29-154. Award is subject to the discretion and final approval of the Unified Government of Kansas City, KS/Wyandotte County. All bids shall be valid for a period of 90-days from the date bids are open and no bid may be withdrawn until after the expiration date. Qualifications as stated in the instructions to bidders will be strictly enforced and any bidder not meeting these qualifications may be disqualified.
