Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project will rehabilitate approximately 11,071 ft of sanitary and combined sewers, construct approximately 1,368 ft of sanitary sewer extensions, and construct or rehabilitate approximately 3000 ft of sanitary sewer service laterals in the Arbor Lodge and Kenton neighborhoods. If an insufficient number of General Contractors or their representatives attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid conference scheduled for this project, the City may decide to hold a 2nd Mandatory Pre-Bid conference to solicit additional interest and provide a more competitive bidding process. All public improvement projects with an engineers estimate of $250,000 or greater requires pre-qualification. Bidders shall be prequalified in Class 8 - Sewer Construction, in the amount of $5,000,000 The PRIME and its subcontractors with subcontracts of $100,000 or more, at any tier level, shall strive to achieve the workforce diversity goal of 18% minority and 9% female hours (including both journey level and apprentice workers) on the project.
