This Request for Tender (the RFT) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (Norfolk County) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for upgrades of the Simcoe Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 16 Oakwood Avenue Simcoe, Ontario, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the Deliverables). Following the closing of RFT EIS-ENG-22-42, compliant bidders are required to submit to the County, within forty-eight (48) hours of the second stage bid RFT EIS-ENG-22-42B being published, the breakdown of their Lump Sum Tender Price using this tender (RFT EIS-ENG-22-42B). The breakdown total shall match the Lump Sum Tender Prices submitted in Appendix B - Schedule of Items and Prices RFT EIS-ENG-22-42. The County may refuse to accept any breakdown, which contains prices considered to be unbalanced and request the bidder to adjust the breakdown to correct such unbalancing, and by submitting its Bid, the bidder agrees to do so upon such request by the County. Documents can be obtained at: https://norfolk.bidsandtenders.ca Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
