New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ TRANSIT) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to perform construction management (CM) services for the Lyndhurst Train Station Replacement Project (the "Project"). The goal of this RFP is to engage a Construction Management Consultant (Consultant) to manage the Construction Contractor's activities and all ancillary requirements for the Lyndhurst Train Station Replacement Project. All firms submitting Proposals for this project must have related experience of a similar magnitude. NJ TRANSIT is requesting Proposals from firms with the intention of awarding a contract to the organization(s) whose qualifications and Proposal offers the best value to NJ TRANSIT. This project is subject to the provisions of the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44). Consultants or Subconsultants shall not engage in the performance of any work unless the Consultant or Subconsultant is registered with the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services within the Department of Treasury.
