Renewal - Award will be for a period of 1 year. The Health Department reserves the right to renew this HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Equipment Replacement and Renewal contract with the bid award supplier for additional years and understands the supplier may need to adjust pricing in accordance to current market pricing for this service. Total contract term not to exceed three years Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the County of DuPage or the Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid to all laborers, workers and mechanicsperforming work under this contract. The Executive Director reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in any proposal.
