Project Location: Irving High School - 900 N Oconnor Rd, Irving, Tx 75061 Nimitz High School - 100 W Oakdale Rd, Irving, Tx 75060 Jack E. Singley Academy - 4601 N Macarthur Blvd, Irving, Tx 75038 Macarthur High School - 3700 N Macarthur Blvd, Irving, Tx 75038 Administration Building - 2621 Airport Fwy, Irving, Tx 75062 Proposals are due at the Irving ISD Purchasing Office, 2621 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062 and proposals received after said date and time will not be considered or opened unless changed by official addenda. Project Site is located at multiple campuses throughout Irving, Texas - refer to Contract Drawings for address of each site. Entire Work will be awarded under one, single prime general contract. The posted document is the official Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal and will include all information relevant to the procurement process and specifications. It is the responsibility of the vendor to monitor the Irving ISD website noted for any relevant addenda. Method of Submission: Hand delivered Sealed Proposals, Mark your sealed envelope in the lower left hand corner with RFCSP#, Company Name, time, and due date. Proposals submitted and received after the due date and time noted in this RFCSP shall are nonresponsive and will not be considered. Proposer may also have it delivered to the Purchasing Office at 2621 W. Airport Frwy, Irving, TX 75062 by a courier type service, such as FedEX or UPS, etc., with a recipient's signature and documented time of delivery. Oral, e-mail, or telegraphic proposals transmitted via the District's facsimile machine are not acceptable. DO NOT FAX YOUR SUBMISSION. Bids exceeding $25,000.00 must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check drawn to the order of the Irving Independent School District for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid (including total of all separate bids for one or more projects bid and multiple base bids and/or alternate bids and/or optional bids and/or allowances). If the total contract price exceeds $25,000.00, a Payment Bond must be furnished by the successful Contractor. If the total contract price exceeds $100,000.00 a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond must be furnished by the successful Contractor. All bonds submitted shall be the original form bearing original signatures and seal. EVALUATION & AWARD OF CONTRACT The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal and reserves the right to award to a single proposer, multiple proposers, each line item separately or in any combination it determines to be in its best interest. The Evaluation Criteria and associated points is listed in section 00 21 13.02 of the RFCSP and include: Price; 2. Offerors Experience; 3. Offeror's Reputation; 4. Quality of Offeror's Goods and/or Services; 5. Impact on the Ability of the District to Comply with Rules and Policies Relating to Historically Underutilized Businesses; 6.Proposed Personnel; 7. Offeror's Financial Capabilities Appropriate to Size and Scope of Project; 8. Other Appropriate Factors that Demonstrate Qualifications; Owner reserves right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all Proposals that are in the best interest of the owner. Each proposer must deposit, with his proposal, security in amount, form and subject to conditions provided in Instructions to Proposers. Security amount shall be five percent of total amount of proposal. Proposer may not withdraw his proposal after actual date and time of the scheduled proposal opening.
