Blanton Closed Conveyance Surface Water Improvements(Project) consists of the construction of approximately 1,800 linear feet (lf) of 12-inch to 36-inch diameter surface water conveyance infrastructure and associated appurtenances within the right-of-way of SW Blanton Street from SW 196th Avenue to a new outfall near the existing regional facility between SW 193rd Avenue and SW 188th Avenue. This Project also consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 415 lf of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer and associated appurtenances. Bids must be made upon the bid forms found in the Contract Documents, and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or a bid bond payable to Clean Water Services in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount bid. Each bidder must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (or, for landscaping projects, licensed by the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board). Prevailing wage rates must be paid by bidder and any subcontractor on the project in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
