Bids will be accepted for the following items: Selective Demolition, Concrete (Foundations, Slab, Sidewalk), Structural Precast Hollow Concrete Slabs, Masonry (CMU, Brick), Structural & Misc Steel, Misc Rough Carpentry, Wood Veneer Cabinets, Plastic Laminate Countertops, Dampproofing, Vapor Barriers, Air/Weather Barriers, Joint Sealants, Board & Batt Insulation, Hybrid Modified Bitumen Roofing over Lightweight Insulated Concrete, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Storefront, Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Tile, VCT, LVT, Rubber Base, Carpeting, Painting, Markerboards & Tackboards, Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Metal Storage Shelving, Aluminum Canopies, Residential Appliances, Window Blinds, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electric, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, P.A. & Sound System, Video Surveillance CCTV, Misc Grading & Drainage All anticipated federal, state and local permits required for the Project have not been obtained. Required permits are anticipated on or before March 24, 2020. All rights of way and easements anticipated for the Project have been obtained. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by Base Bid with Selected Alternates. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
