Site work and renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,525-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The City of Cumming is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project: The Design and Construction services for: the renovation of the existing Distribution Warehouse, replacement of existing storage building, construction of two, 85-foot x 65-foot Pole equipment storage buildings, construction of new public entrance, and the installation of supporting MEP services, and required site/civil improvements. Work also includes the application for required permitting and response to permitting comments. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. The last day for submission of questions shall be Wednesday, September 23, 2020. Contractor questions should be directed to Gil Puffer in writing to gil@cecincga.com. Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept Proposal Forms which nominally vary in appearance from the original paper version of the Proposal Form, providing that all required information and submittals are included with the Proposal.
