The work of this single bid project will repair masonry and replace windows on Evenden Tower. Scope includes repair and replacement of masonry, sealants, flashings, and window systems. Replacement of adjacent finishes will be included in areas impacted by the work. Associated hazardous materials abatement is also included. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience, and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of the SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after the bid opening, per Information to Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
