Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in L'ile-Perrot, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; for the construction of a 5,799-square-foot, two-story above grade recreation facility; recreation facility; and municipal facility.
Construction of a new outdoor aquatic complex. It will include a competition pool with six 25-meter lanes, a recreational pool with several water games and a whirlpool river that can be used for rehabilitation. A beach, a BBQ area and a terrace will complete the project. A modern building with a green roof will have a changing rooms, public washrooms and a café. The second floor of the building will house offices of the Recreation, Culture and Community Life Department of the City. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor following the tender 2022-05-PUB.
