Renovation of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace the fire alarm detection and monitoring systems at the two primary facilities at Wheat Ridge Regional Center, used by and for intellectually/developmentally-disabled clients. The alarm system at Zier Building was replaced in 2004, however, the sensory and announcement devices are original to the building. The systems at Sunada Building and the pool building are all original construction and approximately 30 years old. Replace the fire alarm detection and monitoring systems at Wheat Ridge Regional Center. Work would include construction, and Health Department and Department of Public Safety reviews.
