Value Notes: Between $4,100,000.00 and $4,600,000.00 This project is to extend a storm drain system from Phase 1 (between MLK Blvd. and E. 27th Avenue) across two city blocks and is to end at E. 25th Avenue. The majority of the work consists of open cut construction of a 8'x8' box, a 96" RCP, lateral pipes, inlets, manholes, and drainage structures. Other areas of work include waterline relocation and surface restoration (paving) in areas where construction impacts the existing infrastructure. Additonal Description: 17% MWBE PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1E(4) Piped Sewer at or above the $6,000,000.00 monetary level. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 17% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Participation The estimated cost of construction for this project is between $4,100,000.00 and $4,600,000.00.
