Site work for a civil project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
This proposal to the Owner is irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. NATIONAL ID: NV10576; NEVADA ID: J-756 The Project involves the construction of a 2,000 Acre-foot lined, treated effluent storage reservoir located at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, with site grading of the surrounding parcels. The reservoir will be the terminus of the TMWRF Effluent Pipeline. The reservoir will be singlelined with a 60-mil HDPE liner. The existing dam will be raised approximately 13 feet to allow for greater storage of effluent. The reservoir outlet pipe below the dam requires the dam to be excavated to install the casing and carrier pipe. No trenchless technologies are allowed for the outlet pipe installation. Effluent piping from the TRIGID WWTF and TMWRF will be installed with the project, as well as an Induction Well pipe for future use. Multiple culverts will be installed to accommodate local drainage from upstream developments. Safety features and approximately 7,450 linear feet of permanent fencing are included in the project. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for this project is $18,000,000.00.
