Bidder shall also supply a signed affidavit affirming that it does not knowingly employ any person who as an unauthorized alien in connection with the contracted services. Ifthis contract involves the construction, reconstruction, demolition, painting, or major repair of any facility ofthe City, Bidder shall provide a ten (10) hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety programfor their on-site employees within 60 Days ofaward ofthe contract. Failure to provide training and maintain documentation of the training, may result in penalties under RSMO 292.675. Minimum wage rates for this contract shall be prevailing wage rates as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri. The wap rates are set forth in the contract documents, and are to be considered as a part ofthis Invitation to Bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The owner further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any or all bids, and reserves the right to determine which is the most responsive, responsible bidder and to reject or approve the bond.
