Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Acworth, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of February 25,2020: Please be advised that the City of Acworth is withdrawing its advertisement for bids on project Bid No. 2020-02 4510 Main St. Drainage Repairs. The advertisement for this project is being withdrawn due to incorrect bid title. The Acworth Public Works apologizes for the inconvenience to the bidding Public. This project will be bid at a later date TBD. Construction activities include but are not limited to; erosion control, traffic control, storm-water piping and conveyances, sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, full depth reclamation of sub-base, new asphalt pavements, and landscaping. Note: Westside Drive is to remain accessible to residents at all times. Contract duration is ninety (90) consecutive calendar days. The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City. *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
