Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Therese, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, nine-unit, 90-bed medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

Construction for CISSS des Laurentides in a design/build method of a new Rehabilitation Centre to regroup rehabilitation centres for young people with adjustment difficulties, currently located on three sites (Huberdeau, Sainte-Sophie and Sainte-Thérèse), in a new centralized campus. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 200,000 ft2 medical facility with a capacity of 90 accommodation places offering nine rehabilitation units including a new unit for young people with an intellectual disability (ID), an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays and a physical disability (PD). The scope of the project also includes exterior development of a 9,700 m2 site for construction of outdoor sports grounds, gardens and relaxation areas. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a construction consortium for the implementation of the project in a design/build method following a private agreement 44526282. Note: The award was made following a previous Request for Qualification AI44526282 / 1535023 for design/building services publicly issued by the owner.
