ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, A Copy of the 10% Cashier Check Will Not Be Accepted. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
