Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, March 2, 2020. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. It is the proposer's responsibility to check the Public Purchase system for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, A Copy of the 10% Cashier Check Will Not Be Accepted. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
