Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Pinole, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,830-square-foot service station / car wash facility.
**As of June 18, 2020, project was awarded to 6/18/2020. ids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of bidder's Total Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds. Prime contract bidders must possess a valid and properly classed State of California Contractor's License at the time of award, which may include a "B" General Building Contractor, a C-36 Plumbing Contractor, or a C-61/D-21 Limited Specialty/Machinery and Pumps license. Subcontractors, if any, also will possess a valid, properly classed, State of California contractor's license for the work to be performed. Contractor and subcontractors shall additionally be registered as public works contractors with the Department of Industrial Relations. The successful bidder will be required to pay general prevailing wage rates as determined by the State Director of Industrial Relations. This contract will be subject to additional laws and regulations as set forth in the bidding documents. WCCTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularity or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening of bids. I
