The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in asphalt pulverization services to provide labor, material, etc. for various county wide locations. All services shall be performed as per scope of work outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) section of this specification. Multi-award contracts may be issued on the basis of evaluation criteria and cost. Purchases for services will be made on an "as requested" basis during the beginning awarded twelve (12) month period. The prices submitted by the Contractors in this proposal must remain in effect for twelve (12) months during beginning July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The awarded contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at the same pricing, terms and conditions. Extended terms of this contract will continue for one year periods coinciding with the County fiscal periods beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. a. Original Term 11/1/20-6/30/21 b. 1st Additional Term 7/1/21-6/30/22 c. 2nd Additional Term 7/1/22-6/30/23 Prices shall remain firm for the awarded twelve (12) month period. The awarded contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods as agreed upon mutual consent.
