Renovation of an educational facility in Woodland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 27, 2023, project was awarded to Landmark Construction but awarded amount is not available.** Woodland Joint Unified School District of Yolo County, California, (District), is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Lease-Leaseback Construction Services (LLB) for the Woodland High School HVAC Replacement Project (Project). The Project includes replacement of the roof top HVAC equipment and associated chilled water piping on classroom buildings 200, 300, 400, 900, 1000 and the Library and Administration buildings, structural upgrades, and miscellaneous repairs to interior and exterior finishes to accommodate the new equipment, and all associated work. The estimated construction budget is Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000). The winning proposal will be determined based on the best value competitive procurement process under Education Code section 17400 et seq., whereby the LLB firm is evaluated and selected by the District based on a combination of price and qualifications ofthe LLB firm.
