The County of Yolo is requesting from qualified contractors to provide culvert cleaning services within Yolo County boundaries extending over a 50-mile radius. The Contractor will perform on-call services on an as needed basis throughout the year as designated by Public Works Roads Department. The County shall not guarantee any minimum number of services calls per year. The Contractor who is selected will be expected to perform services based on the prices contained in this Request for Proposal. The Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, materials to perform these services. Services will include all labor, tools, equipment, materials, licenses and insurance needed to perform the services as specified herein. The prices submitted by the Contractors in this proposal must remain in effect for twelve (12) months during beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The awarded contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Extended terms of this contract will continue for one-year periods coinciding with the County fiscal periods beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. 1) Original Term 7/1/23-6/30/24 2) 1st Additional Term 7/1/24-6/30/25 3) 2nd Additional Term 7/1/25-6/30/26 Contract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals Prices good for: 120 days Q & A deadline: Mar 02, 2023 7:00:00 PM EST
