Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tallahassee, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project Cancelled as per Owner " The Purchasing Director is rejecting all bids. There will be a rebid of this solicitation in the near future and each vendor shall be given the opportunity to compete on any re-solicitation or any future procurement of similar items." Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to remodel the front entryway including ADA parking, flagpole area, entry walkway, entry canopy, and new front entry doors, in accordance with Attachment A - Construction Plans, Attachment B - Technical Specifications, and Attachment C - Unit Pricing Sheet Bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid guarantee, based on the total dollar amount of the base bid submitted in the response, which shall be a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashiers Check or Bank Draft (no cash, company, or personal checks will be accepted), made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Leon County, Florida. Such check, bank draft, or bond shall be submitted with the understanding that the bonds will be held until award of bid.
