Renovation of a power facility in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The project construction under this contract the overall station project. The work being performed consists of civil site improvements including grading, fencing, drainage, and construction of a flexible base subgrade. The contractors work will be scheduled to overlap and may require coordination for foundation work. The contractor should have a! i site improvement work completed by tine mobilization date. The antici|aated mobilization date for this contract is January 31st, 2020. (Contractor is responsible for removal of all excess spoils associated with their own excavation activities. All excess spoils not used for project backfilling shall be .ransported to a suitable offsite location. The City of Garland reserves the right to reject and and/or all bids/proposals and to waive all formalities. Question Cutoff Date: 3/9/2020 05:00 PM (ET)
