This project consists of painting and rehabilitation of the Jeanette Holladay 200,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, and the miscellaneous rehabilitation of the Interstate 200,000 gallon elevated water storage tank. This is a NOPLANS contract. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof All proposals must be accompanied by either a cashiers check drawn on a Tennessee bank or a Bid Bond executed by a surety company, duly authorized and qualified to make such bonds in the state of Tennessee, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposed capital cost submitted.
