Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 30, 2022, the project has been awarded and construction is slated to begin November 30, 2023 and be completed November 27, 2026. The project scope consists of grouting beneath wall cap/sidewalk, sidewalk repairs and wall repairs along both sides of the Ala Wai Canal from Ala Moana Boulevard to Ainakea Way. The estimated cost of construction is $700,000.00 to $800,000.00 The project is located at the Ala Wai Canal, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The award of the contract, if it be awarded, will be subject to the availability of funds. This project is subject to preference to Hawaii Products established by Section 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Since the estimated cost of construction is $250,000 or more, the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall apply. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
