*This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis. This Project was originally Scheduled on bid 4/15/2020. Now Bid date changed from 4/29/2020. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is procuring services on behalf of PennDOT and several Municipal partners (i.e. Townships and Authorities) to reduce sediment pollution in the Paxton Creek Watershed in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Bid will be awarded based on the annual sediment reduction credit that can be realized on a continuous basis. Sediment reduction credit will be calculated in accordance with PADEP Guidance Documents on PRPs in NPDES permits for MS4s. This IFB is only for the payment of sediment removal credit not already used or accounted for under any other required environmental mitigation.
