Question Acceptance Deadline 01/15/2021 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) is requesting proposals for construction services from general contractors (CONTRACTOR) to construct the Crystal Creek Dam Improvements Project. This project generally includes cleaning, repair, preparation and coating of the steel dam face with a polyurethane elastomer, replacement of the outlet conduit and appurtenances, spillway concrete repair, and other miscellaneous and appurtenant items as shown in the construction plans (Exhibit A.1) and specifications (Exhibit A.2).
