The list of streets to be completed under the scope of this agreement has been included in Appendix A - List of Streets for 2020 Asphalt Concrete Pavement Patching. Streets have been identified in terms of work priority ("Priority Level 1" streets and "Priority Level 2" streets). Streets identified as "Priority Level 2" streets are to be addressed once all "Priority Level 1" streets have been completed. All requests for additional information, clarifications, or instructions concerning this Tender must be sent in writing (facsimile, e-mail or letter) and be received by the Purchasing Department no later than Wednesday, March 11, 2020 @ 3:00 P.M. - AT. A Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR) issued by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association (NBCSA), or an acceptable equivalent is required.
