Bridge File 75138, NW 09-50-08-W5M Tributary to Pembina River, 21 km NW of Drayton Valley The downstream end of Bridge File 75138 was damaged during a high water event and requires replacement on an emergency basis. The work at this site includes the removal of the existing 1738 mm x 1920 mm vertically ellipse SPCSP culvert with a 43 m invert length with the replacement of a 3050 mm x 39 m round SPCSP culvert. A location plan has been included in the Plans section of this document noting the location of this crossing. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work for this project shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Traffic accommodation Demolition and disposal of the existing bridge Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing Care of Water Excavation - Structural CSP - Supply with Couplers CSP - Assembly Backfill Roadway Work Concrete End Treatment Supply and Install Heavy Rock Riprap (Class 1 and 2) Supply and Install Rock Lined Ditch Drains (Class 1M) Supply and install erosion control barrier (straw roll) Supply and Install Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C)
