The Bid Shall Also Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Amount of 10 % of the Bid. The Bid Bond Must Be Present and Attached to the Original Bid. Bid Envelope (Minimum Size 9" X 12") Must Be Sealed and Include Company Name and Address, Project Name, Bid Reference Number, and Date and Time of Bid Opening. Each Bidder is Required to Include One (1) Original and Two (2) Copies of Their Bid.
