The Work includes: The Lost, and Found Relocation project will build out an office space at Baggage Claim Level which includes three (3) customer service windows and five (5) work-stations, storage space, a break room, and a manager's office along the exterior window wall across from Baggage Claim areas 1.3 and 14. There will be plumb-ing, HVAC, electrical, and commu-nication work installed to update the space for functionality which
will include duct upgrades on the Satellite Transit System (STS) level below. Upgrades include a compactable storage system which will require additional steel structural support and terrazzo saw-cutting of the existing structure in order to install the storage system's support rails. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $1,000,000 - $2;000,000. The Port reserves the right, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in its best interest and pursuant to the terms of the General Conditions. Contract time extends from Award of the contract through Contract Completion as defined, in the General Conditions. Apprentice inclusion goals are at least 15% of Apprentice hours by minorities.
