Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Parkville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Platte Landing Park Dog Park Shade Structures Bids shall be required to have a 5% bid bond attached. The City of Parkville reserves the right to waive any irregularities and may reject any or all bids. Nobids will be accepted until approved by the Board of Aldermen. All bids must have the originalexecuted bid form delivered to City Hall in an envelope marked: Platte Landing Park Dog Park Shade Structures Two - 16' X 20' x 10' Shelters o Laminated Triple 2x6 Post 10' OC set 52" in ground on precast footers. o Post are wrapped with steel. o Shelters have 12" aluminum soffits on both sides and end walls. o The steel is 28 gauge 80,000 plus tensile strength steel-US made. o The roof pitch is 4/12 with 2 x 6 dropped purlins o The ridge cap is vented o Choice of colors per offering by company - Evergreen and white o Complete set of sealed plans - IBC- 2012 provided o Warranty: Lifetime structural 50 year material and labor replacement of posts, o 40 years non prorated paint- material and labor and 1 year workmanship warrant
