Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Parkville, Missouri. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
As of July 5th, 2022 this project was not awarded due to bids being over budget. A free-standing restroom building to be located at 1 S. Main Street in downtown Parkville, MO. The building will house two (2) unisex restrooms and a mechanical room. There will be limited site improvements directly adjacent to the building. Pre-bid site visits may occur with or without being accompanied by a City Employee.
