Renovation of a parking garage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The KK Bus Garage project is HVAC equipment replacement project that includes demolition of the existing system consisting of nine (9) air handling units and exhaust fans and multiple make-up air units. The new work will consist of adding fifteen (15) make-up air units, multiple exhaust fans, and a modernization of the building controls. A new stair and roof hatch will be added as an alternative for access to the new roof mounted equipment as indicated on contract bid documents, plans and specifications. Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Goal for This Project Is 25 Percent. To Be Considered for This Project All Required DBE-14 Forms Shall Be Completed and Signed by Prime and Submitted as Indicated in Invitation to Bid A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. Project Completion: Work of Contract shall be Substantially Complete within 210 calendar days. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner.
