The existing surface of the tennis court at Cormier-Village is currently in poor condition. The tennis court asphalt shall be removed, aggregate base surface regraded and asphalted as per the drawings in order to improve the quality of the playing surface. The work will consist of (but not limited to) the following, as noted on the drawings: 1. Chainlink fence and fence post removal and reinstallation; 2. Tennis court asphalt removal; 3. Supply and installation of 31.5mm crush rock, including grading; 4. Supply and installation of asphalt base course Type B (50mm thick) and surface course Type D (25mm thick) modified for tennis court gradation. 5. Removal of the existing tennis fence posts and concrete bases; 6. Installation of new tennis fence concrete bases and tennis fence posts; 7. Tennis court and pickleball court lines painting; 8. Property restoration; 9. Tennis court acrylic surface (optional work); 10. All other work noted on the drawings.
