Site work for a water / sewer project in Dolbeau-Mistassini, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-07-23 The city of Dolbeau-Mistassini hereby requests public offers for the replacement of a 250 mm sanitary pipe by a 300 mm pipe on Boulevard Wallberg between Rue Hamel and 29 e Avenue, i.e. around 840 linear meters as well as the replacement of a service entrance approximately 100 linear meters long as defined in the tender documents. The project is the subject of financial assistance to the FIMEAU program. Considering the current situation, it should be noted that no tenderer will be able to attend the opening of tenders. The opening process will take place according to recent indications from the department, unless a modification of the obligations by the date of the submission of bid. A video of the opening will be available on SEAO within hours of the opening. The tenderer is solely responsible for ensuring that the tender documents received are complete. The City of Dolbeau-Mistassini does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and does not incur any obligation or cost of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder (s).
