Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Demolish, remove, dispose and reconstruct all existing concrete pavement, driveway approaches, curb and gutter, including portions of concrete sidewalk within a 1,300-foot stretch of Larchwood Place from Brockton Avenue to its westerly terminus. Remove asphalt portion of street at the Larchwood Place terminus; grind and overlay asphalt approaching the intersection with Brockton Avenue. Demolish, remove, dispose and reconstruct one catch basin. Install one additional catch basins and a small segment of 12-inch reinforced concrete pipe with shallow cover.
