Saving Project...

Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a 50,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for the addition of a 40,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.

Expansion, upgrades, repairs and improvement of a specialized elementary school for the children 4 to 12 years old with any of the autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or with disabilities. The scope of work includes upgrades to the building roofing, envelopes, replacement of doors and windows, repairs to the electrical and mechanical systems, major interior renovations. TIMELINE: Project concept has been approved by the owner. Preliminary studies and business file preparation are underway. Timelines of the project development are not finalized pending authorization from the MEQ to continue the project. Further update in fall 2024.
