All work on this Contract is to be completed by August 1, 2023. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is 1/4/23 by 2:00pm. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The University hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 16% for Minority-Owned business Enterprises (MBE) participation, 14% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation and an overall goal of 6% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business enterprises (SDVOB) participation.
